Delivery and payment
Attention!
When ordering delivery by courier services Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta - be sure to check the presence of all the goods in the order upon receipt, as well as its appearance.
In case of damage to the goods or incomplete assembly - you must refuse to receive the goods and pay for them, as well as draw up a claim and notify us by phone: +380675262262.
We do not accept claims regarding the cost of cargo delivery.
We accept orders for same day dispatch until am 12. Orders received after am 12 are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery methods
Delivery to the Nova Poshta office. Usually delivery takes 1-3 days. Delivery cost from 80 UAH.
Delivery to UkrPoshta office. You can receive the goods even in the most remote corners of Ukraine. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Delivery cost from 42 UAH.
Іnternational delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are paid in addition to the order cost and are calculated according to UkrPoshta rates (from 8 USD). When placing an order, select UkrPoshta delivery and in the order comments, indicate the country to which you would like to order the product, your full postal address (we do not ship to Russia and the Republic of Belarus), as well as a way to contact you. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with payment details. After payment, the order is completed, packed and shipped. You will receive a message with the tracking number of the parcel, with which you can track your order. If you have any questions about the product or delivery, you can contact them.
Payment Methods
Prepayment
Prepayment to the PrivatBank card account, the account number will be sent in an SMS/Viber message to your mobile after checking the availability of the goods in the warehouse during the day. Exception: holidays and weekends.
Cash
Payment in cash at the post office upon receipt of the goods. For delivery 50 UAH you need to pay in advance to a PrivatBank card, we do not ship without prepayment. 50 UAH are deducted from the cost of the goods, and upon receipt you pay the remaining amount.
Non-cash
Payment by bank transfer is made at the cash desk of any bank branch or online using a Visa or MasterCard bank card.
The goods can be sent after payment confirmation.
Note!
At the Nova Poshta post office, the parcel is stored for 7 working days (except non-working days) and sent back to us. If for some reason you do not have time to pick up the parcel sent by prepayment on time, be sure to notify us so that we can extend the storage period.
