Exchange and return

You can return or exchange a new product that does not suit you within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the “Consumer Rights Protection Law”.

Conditions for exchanging or returning goods in this case: goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used and has no signs of use;

• scratches, chips, abrasions;

All exchanges and returns are carried out at the customer's expense.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", used goods can be returned or exchanged only with the consent of the seller.

Do not send returns by cash on delivery, otherwise we will not be able to collect them.
